Another successful case and testimonial for a UK Spouse visa, FLR(M), switching from Tier 4 Student visa on same-day service.

"1st 4Immigration has been truly amazing! They have helped secure our future which is completely priceless. Me and my partner met over 12 months ago whilst studying on Student VISA in the UK. Our relationship went from strength to strength and we wanted to remain together. We were however concerned with the complications of gaining a VISA extension following our decision to get married. We both understood that the Home Office had increasingly made it difficult to get VISAs and so we did not want to take any risks / chances that our VISA application would not be approved. We sought the help and support of 1st 4Immigration and we were NOT disappointed! 1st 4Immigration assisted us every step of the way and ultimately helped to transfer our Student Tier 4 Visa into a Spouse VISA. A dream come true. Furthermore, our circumstances were rather atypical. Neither of us had full-time permanent jobs and so the financial requirements element was certainly a challenge. However 1st 4Immigr

Another passport renewal joke from comedian Jeff Stevenson!

Another joke from comedian Jeff Stevenson ( http://www.jeffstevenson.co.uk/ ), this time from Facebook page (@Jeff Stevenson): Jeff had to renew his UK passport in October 2014 and had to attend the Passport Office twice (every time waiting for an appointment) because the paperwork wasn’t in order the first time. He subsequently joked that being on stage was the easiest part of his job! For us at Multi Travel Visas being on stage would be the scarier part but we deal with UK passport renewals every day, have lots of useful information based on our experience and can help you to make it less stressful. It is possible to renew a British passport within just 2-3 working days! It is actually same-day service at the UK Passport Office, so with an appointment available as soon as on the next working day the whole process is very fast. And if we have your documents by 12pm, and they are in order (or if you quickly arrange them to be in order, such as to bring new photos), then we c

New Tier 1 (General) restrictions after April 2015 - hurry to benefit from the last extensions!

It is with the tears in our eyes that we are seeing off the Tier 1 (General) category, also known as HSMP. Farewell! This category was already closed to the new applicants in April 2011, so until now only extensions were allowed. And until the announcement earlier this year there was no limit on how many extensions a Tier 1 (General) migrant can have. So, it was OK to go and work abroad then come back and extend this visa and then do it again and again – until the time comes to stay for a few years within the limits on absences and get an ILR one day. Unfortunately, it has been announced earlier this year than last Tier 1 (General) extensions will be accepted on 5 April 2015. So, those who do need an extension should apply before that. And preferably not at the last moment! (OK, OK, we all know it will happen exactly like that). There will be another inevitable rush for same-day service appointments. Our advice is to plan in advance: we offer advice sessions now, over email or at our

New successful case and testimonial for a UK Spouse visa, FLR(M), switching from Tier 4 Student visa.

"My wife and I have been to numerous solicitors in London who had all been keen on lining their pockets with some demanding money even before they asked me my name. 1st 4Immigration has been a surreal experience when compared. Joanne has been straightforward and precise and I took over the case and it was just a breeze from that point on. I cannot thank 1st 4Immigration enough for their time and their prompt and polite service."     This came from Ajith and Kathryn, a British - Indian couple who were applying to secure a Spouse visa for the Indian husband. Before coming to us, this couple were (wrongly) advised to make an application for which they were not meeting the requirements at the time. It was before they got married, so the only alternative way would have been applying on the basis of living together for 2 years which was not achievable. Unfortunately - and predictably in our opinion - the application was refused and the couple were advised to submit an appea

New successful SET(M) case and testimonial for an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) for a spouse of a UK citizen.

"Hi Christina, thanks for all the help to you and your whole team especially Lucy, well done guys. Hope you all have a wonderful new year." This came from Ibrahim, a Nigerian national who is married to a UK citizen and who was applying for an ILR after 2 years on a Spouse visa (which was issued under the old rules and therefore, 2 years were sufficient). In this case we used same-day service in Croydon, with the appointment on the last days of 2014. All went smoothly and our client was happily entering the New 2015 Year!   For an individual advice or to make your application as successful please contact us: info@1st4immigration.com or visit www.1st4immigration.com If you are an Immigration Adviser or a Solicitor please visit our immigration Training and CPD website: www.1st4immigration.com/training

New testimonial on our Schengen visa service for a South African national.

“Dear Harpreet, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you most sincerely for your prompt service and the professional and businesslike way you dealt with my Schengen Visa application. Both you and Sebastian were in control at all times and knew exactly which paperwork you needed me to produce. Your direction was clear and concise at all times. Your requests for extra information showed your genuine willingness to help me. I am grateful to you both. Please let me know where I can promote your business e.g. social media or website recommendation, as I believe your excellent service needs mentioning.”  This came from Marinus, a South African national residing in the UK. It is possible to obtain a French Schengen visa within 3-4 working days for most nationals, such as South African, Russian, Indian, Chinese, Turkish and most others. It does take longer for some nationals, up to 3 weeks, a list is available on our website. Contact us at Multi Travel Visas: www.multitravelv

Comedian Jeff Stevenson put on a brilliant show and joked about UK passport renewals.

Comedian Jeff Stevenson ( http://www.jeffstevenson.co.uk/ ) put on a brilliant show we enjoyed recently and he joked a lot about UK passport renewals and UK immigration. Jeff, thanks again for making us laugh so much and for allowing to share your jokes here with our clients who would only know too well what a headache visas/passport can be.   The show was on Queen Mary 2 cruise ship, so Jeff joked that a few (not that many) empty seats in the ship’s theatre were due to the people still waiting for their UK passport to come back from the Passport Office! Very true if we remember the delays happened in 2014. However, our company Multi Travel Visas can help with same-day passport renewal without having to wait for an appointment or attend a Passport Office (we can act on your behalf). We can also help with 1 week service for lost/stolen UK passport renewals and children’s passport. It gives you certainly on the processing time, so you could avoid potentially being one of those “empty
