Spouses/Partners of UK citizens who have their own Work Permit/Tier 1/Tier 2 visas

If you are on a Work Permit, Tier 1 or Tier 2 but married to a UK citizen or a partner of a UK citizen you may be better of applying for a 2 year Spouse/Partner visa and getting permanent residency just after 2 years.
