πŸ‘ No interruption to UK visas!

We would like to reassure you that all our immigration work continues as normal. UK visa and Citizenship applications are prepared and processed electronically. Whether you are applying for a UK entry visa to come here, or applying inside the UK to remain or settle. All cases are now considered by the UK authorities “behind the close doors”, meaning the visa officers are not seen face-to-face. When decision has been made, we will be notified by email.

When working with us at 1st 4Immigration, you can submit the documents to us online without leaving your home. This is already a standard practice for our customers residing outside the UK and increasingly common for those applying inside the UK. We use Dropbox, email and similar providers. If you prefer, you can of course post us paper documents and we will scan them. For a consultation appointment, we work via What’s App, Skype, email, phone. Our face-to-face appointments are also currently running as normal but we can change yours to be conducted over What’s App or similar, should you require. Our office building (Tower 42) operates enhanced measures on cleaning and disinfection.

The only point where you have to appear in person during the whole visa application process is to submit biometrics (fingerprints) at a visa centre.

Visa centres inside the UK: if you are applying to remain or settle, or for British Citizenship, the visa centres are currently running as normal. They do advise not to attend if the applicant has the symptoms of Coronavirus (or the actual confirmed case), instead they will inform the authorities to facilitate some special arrangements. If you find yourself in such a situation, we will guide you accordingly.

Visa centres outside the UK: if you are applying to come to the UK, the visa centres may be open or closed, depending on your location. For example, visa centres in China are  currently closed, although there are special concessions for Chinese nationals already in the UK, such as exceptional switching from Tier 2 ICT to the main work visa Tier 2 General.

Although we cannot influence it, we hope it will get better soon!

Any questions - please ask. If you need to book a consultation, go on our website: https://www.1st4immigration.com/book-a-consultation/

If you wish to start an application, please simply let us know by email, phone or What’s App.
