New successful case and testimonial on Indefinite Leave (Permanent Residency) application for a Ugandan national who had a Discretionary Leave to Remain.

"Dear Daniel, Neil, Maggie and everyone at 1st 4 Immigration,   m y ILR card came through the letter box a few minutes ago, words can not express the joy and relief that my family and I are currentl y ex periencing. We have been dancing around the house. Thank you .   My journey to 1st 4 Immigration's offices was borne out of frustration not only with the amount of intertwining and complicated Border Immigration literature but by the numerous amount of professionals including Immigration lawyers who can hardly interpret these regulations. I completely failed to understand why I could not apply for my ILR as my (previous) solicitor of many years had advised as well as objected to a one day application. Finding 1 st 4 Immigration's website gave me profound confidence in contacting them and their prompt reply was unbelievable. They replied on the same day, they answered my queries immediately!   I was a little bit sceptical in confirming an appointment with them but as s

What is the difference between 5-year route and 10-year route as a Spouse or Parent of a UK citizen?

5 years and 10 years refer to the number of years a migrant needs to spend in the UK, in the given category, to qualify for permanent residency. So, in the 5-year route one needs 5 years and in the 10-year route twice more, ie 10 years. It means if you get a visa in this route, you'd need 5 or 10 years respectively from the date of the first visa. It does not relate to the number of years preceding to the first application in this route. When does each of them apply? 5-year route is for a migrant who is applying as a Spouse/Partner, or as a Parent, of a UK citizen under the Appendix FM and who is able to meet all the requirements. This is also known as application “within the Rules”. It means one can meet all the requirements, be it applying at the right place (ie switching from another category when it is allowed), meeting the Financial or English language requirements or otherwise.    10-year route applies to the applications under FLR(FP) category, as a Spouse/Partner or

New successful case and testimonial on Indefinite Leave (Permanent Residency) application for an Indian national who has spent 10 years living legally in the UK.

“Having lived in the UK for about 10 years as a student and then a professional, I have considered it   my home. So when it was time to apply for my Indefinite leave to remain on the basis of long residence I wanted my application to be perfect. I had planned in advance that I would use the services 1st 4Immigration as I had a wonderful past experience of applying for a Schengen visa from Multi Travel Visas (their sister company). My experience right from the beginning was very good as Daniel, my advisor, was very experienced in this type of application and always extremely helpful and prompt in answering any concerns that I may have regarding supporting documents and queries in the application form. I applied for the same day service at Croydon PEO and that same afternoon I received my approval letter. I would certainly recommend 1st 4Immigration as they are experts in such applications, their comprehensive and highly professional approach gives applicants like me confidence. I since

"Harpreet / Sebastian, Many thanks for arranging the visas for my family & I. Super smooth process and you were very efficient." Cheers,  Rahul (Indian national) This came from Rahul who applied for himself and his family through us and was issued a multi entry Schengen visa for 2 years by the French consulate.  It is possible to obtain a French Schengen visa within 4 working days from the date of appointment for most nationals, such as South African, Thai, Filipino, Russian, Indian, Chinese and most others. We can also assist with the German and Portuguese Schengen visas. The good thing about applying through French Embassy is that they tend to issuer longer, multiple-entry, visas. Although you have to go through a very stringent process of application, you may have a visa lasting for several years.  Contact us at Multi Travel Visas: German Schengen visa:  http://www.multitravelvisas.co.uk/schengen-visa-germany.php Portuguese Schengen vi
