🏆 UK Global Talent visa - work independently without a job offer!

We are often asked about UK visa options. May be for you or for your friends and family. Here we cover an independent visa that doesn't require a Sponsor. Global Talent visa is for people with achievements – or a promise – in digital technology, science, engineering, architecture, medicine, arts including TV and fashion design. You can work for any employer , work as a contractor or set up a business, as long as it is work in your Talent field. Settlement after 3 to 5 years.

For example, with a Talent endorsement (not Promise) from Tech Nation, which is for IT workers, you only need 3 years in the UK to qualify for Settlement (permanent residency). It gets better, you don’t even have to spend all 3 years on a Global Talent visa, you can combine with some previous UK visas. For example, you can combine with a previous Skilled Worker visa, even if it wasn't in the same occupation. In case of most other endorsements, the qualifying period for Settlement is 5 years. Some visas can be combined, some can't be, and it's important to remember about the continuous stay rules. We will, of course, guide you on all that!

If you are already in the UK, you can switch from most categories, such as Student, Graduate Entrepreneur, Youth Mobility Scheme (working holiday), Skilled Worker, Tier 2 ICT and even family visas like a Partner/Spouse, which wasn’t possible until 2020. Also, you can apply while still waiting for your endorsement, such as if your current visa expires soon (and wait for both your endorsement and a visa).

The challenge is the endorsement. Each designated body has its own criteria, they are the ones you need to ’impress’ with your talent or promise. Our guidance and experience is going to increase your chances! We have a designated website here or you can book a consultation directly with a lawyer now on this link.
